Inventive American cuisine - I had elk sausage spiders and duck wings one day for lunch, and enjoyed them so much I went back for their famed asian-inspired yak burger the next. Great draft and bottle list as well. Friendly service - one of the tops spots to eat and drink at in Kalispell.

Giving it three stars because the Rose i had was delish! Service: it was good, hard to get someone's attention though. Ambiance: it's small, quaint restaurant. Your basic small town joint, with a bar (wine / beer only) and food. Food / Drinks: as mentioned above, they only have wine and beer. Their selections for drinks are extensive, you'll find something you like. Food - we ordered salads, were looking for something light. And light we got. The chicken caesar was lean and under dressed. The caprese is an actual salad with greens. Picture sliced red tomatoes and halved mini mozzarella balls. Not quite what I was expecting. They did accommodate and remade an actual caprese. Overall: if you're in Kalispell late, and need a place to eat this is the place. Want a good wine and just want to hang, this is the place.

The burger was good. Fries are not included with your burger. They cost an additional $6 or $8. I can't remember just how much but it was expensive. What they call fries are not what I call fries. They take a potato and cut it lengthwise into about 8 pieces. Those are fried. They are good, but not with the price in my opinion. I would most definitely order the burger again. I would also call ahead for seating.
